| F. | Authorised to the Advocate अधिवक्ता को अधिकृत करना | |
| The Client hereby authorizes the Advocate to perform the following acts in relation to the mentioned case: क्लाइंट अधिवक्ता को उक्त मुकदमा के संबंध में निम्नलिखित कार्य हेतु अधिकृत करता है | ||
| 1. | To act, appear, and plead on behalf of the Client in the said case before present Court, any other Court to which the case may be transferred, any Court where the matter may be tried or heard, and before all appellate Courts. वर्तमान न्यायालय, किसी अन्य न्यायालय, जिसमें मुकदमा स्थानांतरित किया जा सकता है, किसी न्यायालय, जहां मुकदमा की सुनवाई हो रही है, तथा सभी अपीलीय न्यायालयों के समक्ष उक्त मुकदमा में क्लाइंट की ओर से कार्य करना, उपस्थित होना तथा दलील देना। | |
| 2. | To accept notices and Court processes on behalf of the Client. क्लाइंट की ओर से नोटिस और न्यायालय प्रक्रियाएं स्वीकार करना। | |
| 3. | To sign, file, and present all pleadings, replications, rejoinders, appeals, cross-objections, petitions, counter-affidavits, objections, affidavits, and applications— including but not limited to those for execution, restoration, withdrawal, and compromise— or any other documents necessary for the prosecution of the case at all its stages. सभी दलीलों, प्रतिवादों, प्रत्युत्तरों, अपीलों, प्रति-आपत्तियों, याचिकाओं, जवाबी हलफनामों, आपत्तियों, हलफनामों और आवेदनों पर हस्ताक्षर करना, उन्हें दाखिल करना और प्रस्तुत करना - जिनमें निष्पादन, बहाली, वापसी और समझौता के लिए आवेदन भी शामिल हैं, परंतु इन्हीं तक सीमित नहीं हैं - या मुकदमा के सभी चरणों में अभियोजन के लिए आवश्यक कोई अन्य दस्तावेज। | |
| 4. | To file documents in Court and to retrieve or take back documents when required. न्यायालय में दस्तावेज दाखिल करना तथा आवश्यकता पड़ने पर दस्तावेज पुनः प्राप्त करना या वापस लेना। | |
| 5. | To withdraw or compromise the said case on the Client’s behalf. क्लाइंट की ओर से उक्त मुकदमा को वापस लेना या समझौता करना। | |
| 6. | To initiate and conduct execution proceedings. निष्पादन कार्यवाही आरंभ करना और संचालित करना।. | |
| 7. | To deposit, withdraw, and receive money, cheques, or other instruments in connection with the case and to issue valid receipts therefor. मुकदमा से संबंधित धन, चेक या अन्य दस्तावेज जमा करना, निकालना और प्राप्त करना तथा उसके लिए वैध रसीदें जारी करना। | |
| 8. | To perform all other acts and deeds deemed necessary or appropriate for the conduct and prosecution of the case. मुकदमा के संचालन और अभियोजन के लिए आवश्यक या उचित समझे जाने वाले अन्य सभी कार्य और कर्म करना। | |
| 9. | To appoint and instruct other advocate(s), and to authorize them to exercise the same powers and authority conferred herein, including executing a power of attorney in their favor for this purpose. अन्य अधिवक्ता(यों) को नियुक्त करना और उन्हें निर्देश देना, तथा उन्हें इस प्रयोजन के लिए उनके पक्ष में मुख्तारनामा निष्पादित करने सहित, यहां प्रदत्त शक्तियों और प्राधिकार का प्रयोग करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करना। | |
| 10. | The Client hereby agrees to ratify and confirm all acts lawfully done by the Advocate or their associates in connection with the matter, as if such acts were performed personally by the Client. क्लाइंट इस मुकदमा के संबंध में अधिवक्ता या उनके सहयोगियों द्वारा विधिपूर्वक किए गए सभी कार्यों की पुष्टि करने के लिए सहमत होता है, जैसे कि ऐसे कार्य क्लाइंट द्वारा व्यक्तिगत रूप से किए गए हों। |
