| B | 1. | The Client shall be bound to provide accurate and complete information, documents, and facts related to the case. क्लाइंट को मुकदमा से संबंधित सटीक और पूर्ण जानकारी, दस्तावेज और तथ्य प्रदान करने के लिए बाध्य होना होगा। |
| 2 | The Client shall be solely responsible for any false, misleading, or concealed information or facts. किसी भी गलत, भ्रामक या छिपाई गई जानकारी या तथ्य के लिए क्लाइंट पूरी तरह जिम्मेदार होगा। | |
| 3. | In the event that any documents provided are forged or falsified, the Client shall bear full responsibility and any legal or financial consequences arising therefrom. यदि प्रदान किए गए कोई भी दस्तावेज फर्जी या गलत पाए जाते हैं, तो क्लाइंट की पूरी जिम्मेदारी होगी तथा इससे उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी कानूनी या वित्तीय परिणाम की जिम्मेदारी भी क्लाइंट की होगी। | |
| 4. | Payment of Fees, Expenses, and Other Charges: फीस, व्यय और अन्य शुल्क का भुगतान: | |
| 4a. | The Client shall be responsible for paying the agreed fees, expenses, and any other charges on or before the due date, or prior to the preparation and filing of the petition or related documents. क्लाइंट कीे निर्धारित तिथि पर या उससे पहले या याचिका या संबंधित दस्तावेजों की तैयारी और दाखिल करने से पहले सहमत शुल्क, व्यय और अन्य किसी भी शुल्क का भुगतान करने की जिम्मेदारी होगी। | |
| 4b | The Client shall also be responsible for paying any additional fees and charges that may arise due to additional work, filings, or documentation. क्लाइंट अतिरिक्त कार्य, फाइलिंग या दस्तावेजीकरण के कारण उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी अतिरिक्त शुल्क और प्रभार का भुगतान करने के लिए भी जिम्मेदार होगा। | |
| 4c | In the event the Client fails to pay the dues related to fees or expenses, the Advocate reserves the right to withdraw the Vakalatnama or decline to appear before the Court, without prior notice to the Client. यदि क्लाइंट फीस या व्यय से संबंधित बकाया राशि का भुगतान करने में विफल रहता है, तो अधिवक्ता के पास मुवक्किल को पूर्व सूचना दिए बिना वकालतनामा वापस लेने या न्यायालय के समक्ष उपस्थित होने से इनकार करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। |
