| 2. | To request and collect all necessary documents and information required for proper preparation and representation of the case. मुकदमा की उचित तैयारी और प्रतिनिधित्व के लिए आवश्यक सभी दस्तावेजों और सूचनाओं का अनुरोध करना और उन्हें एकत्र करना। | |
| 3. | To clearly communicate the agreed fees, estimated expenses, and any additional charges, along with the payment schedule or due dates. भुगतान अनुसूची या देय तिथियों के साथ-साथ सहमत शुल्क, अनुमानित व्यय और किसी भी अतिरिक्त शुल्क को स्पष्ट रूप से संप्रेषित करना। | |

| 5. | To prepare and file all necessary documents, including petitions, notices, replies, or any other relevant filings, as required. आवश्यकतानुसार याचिका, नोटिस, उत्तर या अन्य प्रासंगिक फाइलिंग सहित सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज तैयार करना और दाखिल करना। | |
| 6. | To appear and argue the case before the Court, either physically or through virtual (online) mode.
