| 1. | Right to Collect Fees and Expenses and other charges फीस, व्यय व अन्य चार्ज प्राप्त करने का अधिकार | |
| . | The Advocate shall have the right to collect the agreed fees, expenses, and any other charges on or before the due date or prior to the preparation and filing of petitions, documents, or other legal work. अधिवक्ता को निर्धारित तिथि पर या उससे पहले या याचिका, दस्तावेज या अन्य कानूनी कार्य की तैयारी और दाखिल करने से पहले सहमत फीस, व्यय और अन्य शुल्क प्राप्त करने का अधिकार होगा। | |
| 2. | Right to Non-Appearance or Withdrawal of Vakalatnama गैर-उपस्थित होने या वकालतनामा वापस लेने का अधिकार | |
| The Advocate shall have the right to decline to appear before the Court, withdraw from proceedings, or withdraw the Vakalatnama at any of the following stages: अधिवक्ता को निम्नलिखित में से किसी भी चरण पर न्यायालय के समक्ष उपस्थित होने से इंकार करने, कार्यवाही से हटने या वकालतनामा वापस लेने का अधिकार होगा। | ||
| a. | If the Client fails to pay the agreed fees, expenses, or other charges by the due date. यदि क्लाइंट निर्धारित तिथि तक सहमत शुल्क, व्यय या अन्य शुल्क का भुगतान करने में विफल रहता है। | |
| b. | If the Advocate becomes aware that the Client has submitted false statements, forged or fabricated documents, or false affidavits. यदि अधिवक्ता को पता चले कि क्लाइंट ने झूठे बयान, फर्जी या मनगढ़ंत दस्तावेज, या झूठे शपथपत्र प्रस्तुत किए हैं। | |
| c. | If the Client fails to establish contact with the Advocate for two consecutive hearings. यदि क्लाइंट लगातार 2े सुनवाई के दौरान अधिवक्ता से संपर्क स्थापित करने में असफल रहता है।. | |
| d | If a Vakalatnama has been filed in favor of another advocate without prior intimation or permission. यदि किसी अन्य अधिवक्ता के पक्ष में बिना पूर्व सूचना या अनुमति के वकालतनामा दाखिल किया गया हो। | |
| e. | If the Client engages another advocate for the same matter without formally terminating the previous engagement. यदि क्लाइंट पूर्व अनुबंध को औपचारिक रूप से समाप्त किए बिना उसी मुकदमा के लिए किसी अन्य अधिवक्ता को नियुक्त करता है। | |
| 3 | Right to Forfeit Amounts Paid भुगतान की गई राशि जब्त करने का अधिकार | |
| If the Client files a Vakalatnama in favor of another advocate without obtaining prior written permission from the existing Advocate, all amounts previously deposited by the Client shall stand forfeited. यदि क्लाइंट मौजूदा अधिवक्ता से पूर्व लिखित अनुमति प्राप्त किए बिना किसी अन्य अधिवक्ता के पक्ष में वकालतनामा दाखिल करता है, तो क्लाइंट द्वारा पहले जमा की गई सभी राशि जब्त हो जाएगी। |
