My legal career began in 2005 at the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court, after which I moved to the Supreme Court. With a passion for public service, my practice extends beyond the courtroom. I am committed to effecting positive change through Public Interest Litigations (PILs), tackling significant societal issues that impact communities at large.
Some of my most notable PIL efforts include:
- Creation of 253,666 teaching posts for primary and assistant teachers across India.
- Construction of 2,500 advocate chambers at the Allahabad High Court to facilitate better working conditions for lawyers.
- Implementation of the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) to modernize public services.
- Improvement of facilities at the Mental Hospital in Varanasi, including the appointment of additional medical professionals.
- Removal of illegal encroachments from public properties to ensure safe and accessible spaces for the public.
- Expansion of rail infrastructure by converting the single track between Allahabad and Varanasi to a double track for enhanced connectivity.
- Covering open drains in urban areas to prevent accidents, inspired by the tragic death of a young child.

अधिवक्ताओं को दूसरों के अधिकारों की रक्षा करते समय अपनी स्वयं के अधिकार, कर्तव्य, और जिम्मेदारियां, अपने भविष्य और आय को भी ध्यान में रखना चाहिए। मामले के निपटारे (disposed) के बाद, आपको अपने क्लाइंट को बताना चाहिए कि अगला कदम क्या होगा या इस आदेश को कहाँ चुनौती दी जा सकती है।
इसलिए, अधिवक्ताओं को सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के अधिकार क्षेत्र व याचिकाओं की भी जानकारी होनी चाहिए ताकि वे अपने क्लाइंट को उचित मार्गदर्शन प्रदान कर सकें, और सर्वोच्च न्यायालय हेतु भी उन्हें सेवा प्रदान कर सकें, जिससे क्लाइंट के साथ दीर्घकालीन रिश्ते बने रहें।

भाग 1 - वकालत पेशे में कोई बाधा न आये इसलिए अधिवक्ताओं के अधिकार, कर्तव्य, जिम्मेदारियाँ, गलत आचरण और क्लाइंट के साथ संबंधों का विवरण दिया गया है।
भाग 2 - वकालत पेशे को और व्यावहारिक बनाने, क्लाइंट के साथ दीर्घकालिक संबंध बनाए रखने के लिए एवं लॉन्ग टर्म इनकम के लिए सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के क्षेत्राधिकार एवं याचिकाओं का वर्णन किया गया है जिससे की आपको सर्वोच्च न्यायालय हेतु क्लाइंट डील करने में मदद मिल सके ।
The advocates should also take care of his rights, duties, and responsibilities while protecting the rights of others. Advocates must also take into account their own future and income while protecting others. After the case is disposed of, you must tell your client what the next steps are or where this order can be challenged.
Therefore, advocates must also have knowledge about the jurisdiction and petitions of the Supreme Court so that they can provide proper guidance to their clients and also serve the Supreme Court, thereby maintaining a long term relationship with the clients.
